Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Chhindwara, MP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and DSP platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and monitor performance metrics to optimize CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Manage campaign budgets and deliver detailed weekly performance reports.
  • Assist in website and landing page creation with a focus on UI & UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for impactful ad messaging.
  • Drive lead generation and funnel conversions within defined targets.
  • Manage social media platforms and ensure timely content delivery across digital channels.
  • Execute content marketing strategies including blogs, vlogs, and social media posts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing (real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, PPC, SEO/SEM, Paid Social campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ROI-focused mindset.
  • Creative approach towards content marketing and campaign strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Cost per Lead (CPL): 100
  • Qualified Leads: 500+ per month
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): 2.5% across campaigns
