Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager – Python Automation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Manager – Automation (Python) to design, implement, and manage automation solutions that improve efficiency across business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Python and a good understanding of process automation in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation scripts using 
    Python
     for various operational and business tasks.
  • Automate data extraction, transformation, and report generation across 
    Excel, Outlook, PDFs, Web Portals, and Databases
    .
  • Build and maintain 
    ETL pipelines
     and automate repetitive manual processes.
  • Integrate APIs for data retrieval and system connectivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, scripts, and technical configurations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation tools to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and company IT policies.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Python
    , with strong knowledge of:
  • Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL, xlrd/xlwt for Excel automation
  • Selenium or BeautifulSoup for Web Scraping
  • Requests or HTTP libraries for API integration
  • PyPDF2 or PDFPlumber for PDF parsing
  • Knowledge of 
    VBA/Macros
     for Excel-based legacy automations (added advantage).
  • Hands-on with 
    Windows Task Scheduler or Cron Jobs
     for scheduling scripts.
  • Basic understanding of 
    SQL
     and database integration.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git is a plus.
