Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications tailored to client needs.
  • Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline stages, and analyze territory performance for continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any customer issues promptly.
  • Perform territory management by planning visits, prioritizing prospects, and maximizing sales coverage efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment, preferably involving technology or industrial products.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory accounts independently while maintaining a strategic outlook.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or digital outreach strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demos that highlight technical features and value propositions effectively.
  • Exceptional analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards managing territory sales efforts and achieving targets.
