We are looking for a Billing Executive to handle all billing-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Tally Prime/ ERP and have good communication skills to handle customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate sales invoices using Tally Prime/ ERP.
  • Perform e-invoicing as per statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and billing transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime/ ERP is a must

Work Location:

  • On-site – Candidates must be able to reliably commute or willing to relocate to South Kalamassery, Ernakulam before starting the job.
