Your Role 

- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using the platform, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated workflows tailored to business requirements.
- Customize, configure, and optimize the platform to address specific business needs, focusing on user interface (UI) design, dialogue flows, and task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Continuously monitor and enhance bot performance by staying updated on the latest features, AI advancements, and machine learning trends.

Your Profile 

- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience working with the platform.
- Proven expertise in developing chatbots and virtual assistants using tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or other scripting languages.
- Experience with API integrations, including RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Strong understanding of dialogue flow design, intent recognition, and context management.
