
Sales HHP Professional

The Sales HHP Professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for heavy or specialized technical products. This includes identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has deep product knowledge, a track record of meeting ambitious sales targets, and the ability to work with large, complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and engage new sales prospects within the target market by making cold calls, networking, and leveraging professional events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs assessments for clients to understand their specific challenges and present tailored product and service solutions.
- Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and detailed product demonstrations and presentations that effectively highlight features and benefits for clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, including price and delivery, to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Pipeline and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other internal departments, such as technical support, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
