Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cx Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) located in Saraswati Vihar. The Cx Solutions Consultant will be responsible for pre-sales activities including consulting with clients, participating in sales presentations, and managing the technical aspects of sales engagements. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, providing strategic consulting services, working closely with the sales team to create customized solutions, and supporting project management efforts. The consultant will also collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are viable and align with customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and respond to client needs
  • Experience in Consulting and Presales to guide and support sales efforts
  • Skills in Sales techniques and strategies
  • Project Management skills to oversee and ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site location and collaboratively with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in customer experience management or related industries is a plus
