You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and senior client stakeholders to design next-generation CX frameworks that combine technology, analytics, and behavioural insight.The role will involve designing customer journeys, deploying automation platforms, and enabling measurable CX improvements (NPS, CSAT, cost-to-serve) through AI and analytics-driven interventions.Engagement Model:- Retainership or Contractual basis - Duration: 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable based on client programs and continuity) - Hybrid model – remote consulting with client-site collaboration where needed - Nexora provides comprehensive sales, pre-sales, and delivery management support through its dedicated business development and project coordination teamsWhy Partner with Nexora Tech:- Collaborate directly with Aparna Kumar, a leading CIO and digital transformation strategist with deep CX and channel expertise - Lead AI-first CX transformation programs for enterprises in BFSI, Retail, Telecom, and Automotive sectors - Engage in end-to-end customer journey design, automation enablement, and digital experience transformation - Join a community of elite consultants focused on measurable business outcomes, innovation, and excellence—without sales or administrative overheadEarning Potential:CX Transformation Experts typically earn ₹20–28 lakhs annually, depending on project complexity and client size.
