First Class Boiler Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a Class 1 Certified Boiler Operator to efficiently operate and maintain our 5 Ton Boiler in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in boiler operations, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain 5 Ton boiler as per operational guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and statutory compliance requirements.
- Perform daily checks for pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel usage.
- Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of boiler and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain accurate logbooks of operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth functioning of utilities.
- Ensure compliance with pharma industry quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Certification: Class 1 Boiler Attendant Certificate (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating boilers in the pharma/chemical/ manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of boiler operations, safety standards, and statutory guidelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14, ₹65,000.00 per month
