Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both B2B software and travel businesses.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, set clear KPIs, allocate budgets, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing programs with business goals.
  • Oversee brand positioning, lead generation, and campaign ROI measurement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as needed.
  • Present regular reports on marketing performance and business impact to leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Marketing-attributed revenue contribution across businesses.
  • Lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Campaign success rate and ROI.
  • Team productivity and adherence to deadlines.
  • Customer acquisition cost and customer lifetime value.

Minimum Experience & Skills:

  • 4 to 8 years in marketing with digital expertise.
  • Experience in B2B software and/or travel/leisure sectors preferred.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
