JOB DECRIPTION

The Finance Executive plays a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This position is crucial in maintaining fiscal discipline and compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and indirect tax regulations.

Accounting and Financial Reporting

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and internal controls
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
  • Analyze financial data to support business decisions and identify areas for cost optimization
  • Prepare MIS reports and other financial summaries for management

Assist in streamlining and improving financial operations and systems

  • Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per INDAS and Indian GAAP.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Work closely with head finance consultant to ensure smooth and timely audit completion and compliance related work.

  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English required ( both verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IND AS) and statutory compliance.
