SUMMARY

Summary:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executives (Senior and Junior levels) to play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our real estate business. This position is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory adherence, and strategic financial support across operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation laws, and real estate industry regulations, with the ability to manage complex financial processes while contributing to long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping in alignment with Indian accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns, ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to resolve discrepancies and support audit readiness.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage departmental budgets, and contribute to financial forecasting and planning.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, annual budgets, and financial projections.
  • Stay current with changes in Ind AS, tax legislation, and compliance mandates specific to the real estate sector.
  • For Senior role: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional development.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; Master's degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) preferred for Senior role.
  • Senior Role: Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including 10 years in the real estate industry.
  • Junior Role: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in Tally, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with real estate-specific accounting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
