Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot our Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manages support tickets and aids the Salesforce Admin as needed.
User management including managing permissions and user access
Ensure proper user roles, permissions, and compliance with best practices.
Implement automation through Flows and other native tools to improve efficiency
Review recommendations from Salesforce Optimizer and Portal Health Check to identify ways to improve our Salesforce implementation.
