About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and with consistent product quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a manufacturing or production unit and a solid understanding of shop-floor management, manpower handling, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Oversee machine operations, material movement, and work order completion.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality systems, and company policies on the shop floor.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance of workers.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime of machines and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure housekeeping (5S) and discipline in the production area.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and waste reduction programs.
  • Train and motivate workers to enhance productivity and skill levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
