We are hiring on behalf of our client Mechtrix Engineers LLP, a leading manufacturer of architectural acoustic products under the brand Nishabd.

If you have a background in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in production supervision, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

Role: Factory Supervisor

Location: Kachohalli, Bengaluru

Mode: Work from Office (Factory-based role)

Education: BE / B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience: 2–3 years

CTC: ₹3.25 – ₹4.00 LPA 
(based on performance, experience & interview)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Joining: Immediate / within 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and manage production planning and shop floor operations.

·       Modify and edit AutoCAD drawings 
(AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory).

·       Coordinate with operators and ensure smooth workflow.

·       Understand and interpret mechanical drawings.

· Optional) Exposure to CNC machinery operations.
