Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international (UK-based) banking customers.
  • Assist customers with banking queries, account details, transactions, and other service requests.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and data security protocols.
  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, resolution rate, and response time.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably in UK rotational/night shifts.
  • Immediate joiners only will be considered.
  • Graduate in any discipline (undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
