We are looking for an experienced and dedicated M*echanic to oversee daily operations at our ISNR rubber processing unit*. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality as per ISNR standards, and manage a team of labours to achieve production targets efficiently and safely.

  • ITI Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Rubber Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in ISNR or natural rubber processing (preferred) or any other production unit.
  • Ability to work in a shift environment and handle production effectively.
  • Languages known Malayalam, English & Hindi.
  • Plan and monitor machines and production schedules.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of machines, production, raw material usage, and finished goods.
  • Monitor process parameters and ensure optimum utilization of machinery and manpower.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards as per ISO specifications.
  • Candidates in and around Kanjirappally (with in 25Km) prefered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
