**Job Summary**:
We are hiring an ITI Fitter to support the mechanical assembly and installation of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) in our automation unit. The role requires hands-on skills in fitting, assembling, and aligning machine components with precision and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly layouts, and work instructions.
- Assemble mechanical components such as shafts, bearings, guides, frames, and motors.
- Perform fitment, grinding, filing, drilling, and tapping as required for proper assembly.
- Align and fit parts to close tolerances using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Support machine trials, functional tests, and minor troubleshooting during assembly.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers during machine integration and commissioning.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain tools and keep the work area organized and clean.

**Requirements**:

- ITI certification in Fitter trade.
- 0-1 years of experience in machine assembly or fitting (freshers with strong practical training may also apply).
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

**Salary**: 10,000 to 20,000
**Additional Benefits**: Health Insurance, OT, Leave encashment, Bonus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
