Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to
support the sales team in promoting and selling real estate properties. The
candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients and nurturing leads
to ensure smooth conversion from enquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential buyers through inquiries generated from marketing
campaigns, walk-ins, and digital channels.
• Conduct pre-sales presentations and site visits to showcase property
features, plans, and benefits.
• Provide detailed information about property pricing, payment plans, and
financing options.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to answer queries
and nurture interest.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for closure.
• Prepare and manage lead tracking reports and conversion analysis.
• Assist in organizing property launches, exhibitions, and promotional
events.
