Description

At KGS you will work with CREATE team which is recognized as creative output leader to the UK firm.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-comm Specialist to support our digital communication and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Word, Photoshop, HTML and CSS, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining OFT and HTML templates used across campaigns and communications. Additional knowledge in JavaScript is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

•Design and develop responsive OFT and HTML templates for email campaigns and internal communications.

•Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across digital assets.

•Maintain and update template libraries, ensuring compatibility across platforms and devices.

•Utilize Photoshop and other design tools to create visually engaging content.

•Work with Word to format and prepare documents for various business needs.

•Ensure templates meet accessibility standards and are optimized for performance.

•Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and user-centric design improvements. Stay current with best practices in design, HTML/CSS standards, and digital communication trends.

•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for template-related issues.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

•Qualifications: Graduate/Post graduate – Any specialization

•Strong understanding of digital communication and email design, with attention to layout, branding, and readability.

•Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop for creating and editing OFT and HTML pages.

•Experience working with Microsoft Word for formatting and preparing business documents.

•Familiarity with email rendering standards across platforms (Outlook, Gmail, mobile, etc.).

•Basic knowledge and responsive design principles.

•Ability to troubleshoot and optimize templates for performance and compatibility.

•Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.

•Ability to work across multiple digital channels and adapt designs accordingly.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

•Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Exposure to design principles and tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Figma is a plus.
