• Over 13 years of experience in HR operations or similar HR leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in HR policies, labor laws, payroll management, and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools.
