About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive who can effectively communicate with clients in multiple languages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, and driving sales through proactive engagement. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and fluency in different languages to cater to diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide detailed product/service information and assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client data in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities whenever required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or support roles.
  • Multi-language proficiency (must be fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional or international languages such as Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, or any foreign language will be a strong advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
