Receptionist / Front Office Executive

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. This role involves managing reception operations, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front-desk coordination to uphold the institution's professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
*Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
*Maintain student admission and enquiry records.
*Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management and faculty.
*Manage the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
*Assist in administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
*Support admission and counseling teams during admission drives and events.
*Handle courier, postal services, and other front-office logistics.
*Maintain confidentiality of institutional and student information.
*Assist in event coordination, visitor management, and hospitality arrangements.
Required Skills and Competencies:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
