Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory, aligning with overall company sales objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales Engineers in developing and executing their individual sales plans.
  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities.

  • Key Account Management and Sales Engagement:

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key strategic accounts within the territory.

  • Identify and pursue significant high-value sales opportunities.
  • Participate directly in critical sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, application scientists, service teams) to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

  • Technical Expertise and Solution Selling:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of our range of scientific, analytical, and laboratory instruments and their applications.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team in understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions with key customers and provide expert advice.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate should be a Graduate of Electronics or Instrumentation
  • Candidate should have the strong Instruments sales background
