Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory, aligning with overall company sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide guidance and support to Sales Engineers in developing and executing their individual sales plans.
Participate in the development of pricing strategies and promotional activities.
Key Account Management and Sales Engagement:
Manage and cultivate relationships with key strategic accounts within the territory.
- Identify and pursue significant high-value sales opportunities.
- Participate directly in critical sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, application scientists, service teams) to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Technical Expertise and Solution Selling:
Maintain a strong understanding of our range of scientific, analytical, and laboratory instruments and their applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team in understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions with key customers and provide expert advice.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should be a Graduate of Electronics or Instrumentation
- Candidate should have the strong Instruments sales background
