Job Description
Roles and Responsibilites

• Monitor statistical forecasts using historical sales, trend data, and business intelligence and ensure Governance on Master data
• Analyse forecast performance regularly and improve forecast accuracy, MAPE, Bias, and other Demand planning metrics with co-ordination with Respective country demand planners.
• Track and report demand planning KPIs, generate insights, and highlight forecast gaps to cross-functional teams.
• Support the monthly S&OP process by preparing summary decks and driving input quality from stakeholders.
• Use tools like Excel (Power Query, Advanced formulas) and Power BI for reporting, dashboarding, and visual storytelling.
• Monitor alerts and exceptions in IBP to flag risks in supply-demand alignment and support resolution.
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset in a dynamic planning environment.

Skill Required

• Understanding of forecasting techniques and their application in real-world planning scenarios.
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, lookups, formulas);
• Working knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.

Qualification Required

3–5 years of experience in
Demand Planning
, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Analytics.

Relevant Skills / Industry Experience
Exposure to planning in
pharmaceutical / FMCG
environments.

Relevant professional / Educational background

Bachelor's or master's in supply chain or business Analytics.

Any Other Requirements (If Any)
