Core responsibilities

Problem-solving: Resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when needed.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
Performance management: Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
Team collaboration: Work with team members to improve service processes and achieve collective goals.
Essential skills and qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are paramount.
Customer service: A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach is crucial.
Problem-solving: The ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions is important.
Technical aptitude: Basic computer skills are necessary for using the CRM and other required software tools.
