What you'll do:
The Capability Lead – Process Solution lead represents the needs of the business for the process and capability across multiple countries and collaborates with the operational teams, IT, and business stakeholders to gather the business requirements, supporting the design and executing the vision.
Is also responsible for defining the vision – the 'what' and why' based on Strategic business outcomes (EBOs) and Collaborate with IT to deliver on the EBOs.
- Be a self-starter needing minimal supervision on medium to large scale projects;
- Engage with business stakeholders and IT to ensure business requirements are captured and assigned
- Analyze and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standard; and work with IT on system requirements to provide sign off.
- Effectively lead the elicitation and documentation of system requirements (including business rules) and process specifics to accomplish expected business outcomes.
- Lead ongoing capabilities, including accountability for break/fix and enhancement.
- Lead the design review, UAT & MTP, execution and sign-off and MOC facilitation including WW baseline determination
- Manage the Change Request (CR) tracker.
- Asset roadmap maintenance (POA, CR, RBE, L4 Request )
- Has accountability to stakeholders on both system design and the process on it
- Review accomplishment of expected business outcomes post deployment
- Coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues;
- Contribute to the creation of standardized processes and best practices;
- Ensure validation of system functionalities and sign off
- Collaborate with Project Manager in planning and executing assigned projects.
- Evaluate business metrics and provide recommendations for future projects.
- Provide inputs to domain budgeting and planning process.
- Enable close loop corrective actions to bridge gaps, if any.
What you need to bring:
- Thorough knowledge of HPE operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements (preferred)
- Microsoft office tools expertise
- Experience on system deployment, transformation
- Excellent Communication Negotiation and Influencing skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation)
- Knowledge of domain/process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced understanding of system architecture and knowledge of software development concepts.
- Understand and ask the 'why' behind everything they are involved in (ambiguity management)
- Excellent Leadership skills and ability to tailor leadership style that reflects and works best with the team
- Excellent presentation skills is a must.
