HVAC Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • HVAC Design and Planning: Design, plan, and execute HVAC solutions tailored to project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to project team members and ensure quality control of design submittals.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and resolve any issues or conflicts ¹ ² ³.

Required Skills

  • HVAC Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Vendor Management ; Identifying potential vendors / sun contractors for site execution based on the geographical location.

Education And Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in/ diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant certifications, such as LEED accreditation is an added advantage.
