Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Sales Engineer role based in Chennai. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their HVAC needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities include generating new sales leads, preparing technical proposals, working closely with the design and engineering teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring client satisfaction. The HVAC Sales Engineer will also be involved in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in HVAC, HVAC Engineering, and HVAC Design
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
  • Experience and skills in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems
  • Effective communication, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in MEP or HVAC solutions is an advantage
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
