Site Location: Entire Chennai Surrounding

Site Execution & Supervision

  • Supervise HVAC installation works including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and testing & commissioning.
  • Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams.
  • Monitor progress and report daily/weekly status to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical submittals.
  • Identify and resolve site technical issues and discrepancies.
  • Ensure correct installation of HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, ductwork, and piping.
  • Assist in testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.

Quality Control

  • Conduct inspections to ensure work complies with quality standards and project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs) and checklists.
  • Ensure materials used on site are approved and comply with specifications.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure HVAC works comply with site safety rules and local regulations.
  • Promote safe working practices and report unsafe conditions.
  • Coordinate with HSE officers to ensure compliance.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil).
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and inspectors during site inspections.
  • Attend site meetings and technical discussions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain site records including daily reports, material delivery notes, and manpower reports.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
  • Support project close-out documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
