Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC & Electrical Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) based in Chennai. The role involves assisting in the installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring preventive maintenance is conducted as per schedule. The candidate will work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure customer requirements are met while adhering to company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HVAC systems, plumbing, and their operation and maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Experience or ability to provide excellent customer service during service interactions
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes and practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field)
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and EHS standards is an added advantage
  • Relevant internship or prior experience in the MEP or HVAC sector is preferable
