Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the building materials or related industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus
