AMC & Battery Sales Executive

· Contract Management:
- Develop, negotiate, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts with clients.
- Ensure that contract terms are adhered to and that all parties are fulfilling their obligations.
- Review and update contract terms as necessary to reflect changes in scope or client requirements.
· Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AMC-related issues.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review contract performance and gather feedback.
· Service Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to schedule and execute maintenance services.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Track and manage service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
· Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and report on the performance of AMC services, including service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address any performance issues or areas for improvement.
- · Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all AMC agreements, service reports, and client communications.
· Contract Renewal and Expansion:
- Manage contract renewal processes and negotiate terms for contract extensions or expansions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or enhancing existing contracts.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain high service standards.
Prepare regular reports on AMC performance, contract status, and financial metrics.
