Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the seamless execution of tasks at our Mumbai location. This on-site role involves coordinating and improving workflows, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing efficient operational strategies. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, monitoring performance metrics, managing resources, and working closely with leadership to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also identify process efficiency improvements and foster a collaborative and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising cross-functional teams
- Operational planning, resource allocation, and process improvement expertise
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and operational data
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or service-based industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven ability to work on-site and manage projects within set timelines
