Job Description – Lean Manager (Hospital Operations)

Process Creation & Implementation: Design and implement standardized processes across all hospital departments.

Lean Project Leadership: Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient experience.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Waste Reduction: Apply Lean methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize resource utilization.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for smooth process integration.

Training & Development: Conduct Lean training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance: Align all processes with NABH standards, patient safety, and statutory requirements.

Cost Optimization: Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality or outcomes.

Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes through stakeholder engagement and periodic audits.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and process maps for management review.
