Job Role:

Senior Executive Marketing & Communications

Reporting to:

General Manager Marketing & Communications

Location:

Mumbai

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creation of marketing assets (presentations, brochures, digital creatives)
  • Assist in social media management including drafting posts, performance tracking
  • Help manage and update content across website pages and landing hubs (AEM CMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics dashboards; compile data for monthly marketing reports
  • Liaise with event partners for logistics, branding and booth management for industry events and data centre tours
  • Assist with internal communications and newsletter coordination for India business updates
  • Maintain and organise marketing collateral, brand guidelines, and media library

Experience:

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or communications
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Suite, basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM)
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, and a team player with a growth mindset

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication
  • Preferred: Masters degree or PG Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, or Media & Communications
  • Additional Plus: Certification in tools/platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, , or Content Marketing
