Position Overview

We are looking for a female Marketing Executive who is a fresh graduate with excellent communication skills in English. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and initiating contact with B2B partners (tour operators, Ayurveda centers, yoga/wellness agencies) as well as B2C clients (individual travelers) in Europe, the US, and the UK. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Thiruvankulam, Kochi office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B partners such as tour operators, Ayurveda centers, yoga/wellness agencies, and training institutions in Europe, the US, and the UK.
  • Reach out to B2C clients (individual travelers) from these markets through digital platforms, social media, and direct communication.
  • Initiate professional communication via email, phone, and online channels in English.
  • Support the sales team in developing international leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and update a database of international leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored for global clients.
  • Work closely with the management to achieve outreach and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fresh graduate
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach preferred.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Work Requirements

  • Full-time, office-based role at Mathew Voyages office in Thiruvankulam, Kochi.
  • All necessary assets (laptop, internet, phone support) will be provided by the company.
