Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled SFMC Developer to join our dynamic team
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing campaigns and automation within the SFMC platform
  • This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients marketing needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain email campaigns, journey builder automation, and integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Implement and optimize AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for dynamic content and data-driven emails
  • Manage SFMC data extensions and audiences for segmentation and targeting
  • Work with APIs to integrate SFMC with other Salesforce products and third-party systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SFMC and related technologies
  • Ensure that campaigns and automations are running optimally and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Lead and guide the team in SFMC development, providing mentorship and technical leadership
  • Develop and implement data strategies within SFMC to support analytics and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of SFMC with other Salesforce and external platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for Sr Software Engineers, 6+ years for Team Leads
  • Strong experience with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML for building email campaigns and data extensions
  • Knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and other SFMC features
  • Experience with API integrations and using APIs to connect SFMC to other systems
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with SFMC
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing strategies
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and segmentation in SFMC
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SFMC-related issues in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
