Primary Skill Area:

Marketing Automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):

Hands-on end-to-end campaign experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience with multichannel campaigns including WhatsApp and SMS in addition to email

Strong in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript

Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science or Electronics & Communication (E&C)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver full journey builds in SFMC: create segments, automations, emails, cloud pages, and journeys

Execute multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) and ensure seamless user experience

Collaborate with Campaign Project Managers to support functional campaign design

Help define processes and timelines for activating new channels (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS)

Translate marketing/sales goals into functional SFMC automations

Manage data through Data Extensions, imports, and segmentation

Generate reports post-campaign execution to analyze performance metrics
