Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Department: Sales & Business Development
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored drone solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defense, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized drone solutions.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
· Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
· Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the drone or technology sector.
· Strong understanding of the drone industry and its applications will be an advantage.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good English communications skills.
