Role & responsibilities

  • E-Procurement & Tendering Knowledge
  • Experience in handling online tender platforms (especially GeM, CPPP, eProcure, etc.)
  • Familiarity with bid preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-up
  • Knowledge of L1/L2 pricing, reverse auctions, and BOQ handling
  • GeM Portal Experience
  • Creating and managing product/service listings
  • Knowledge of order placement, invoice uploading, catalog management, bid participation
  • Handling of issues related to GeM terms, delivery timelines, or compliance
  • Documentation and Compliance
  • Ability to manage tender documents, EMDs, BGs, technical and financial bids
  • Understanding of government procurement rules (GFR, MSME policies, etc.)
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaising with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing, approvals, and support
  • Communication with government departments and PSUs
  • IT & Tools Proficiency
  • MS Office: Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint
  • PDF editing, document conversion tools
  • Internet browsing, email communication

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in:

  • Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain

  • Engineering (for technical procurement roles)

  • Any graduate with relevant experience

  • MBA / PGDM (preferred, not mandatory)
