Role & responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of students fee payments.
  • Prepare invoices for partner universities.
  • Follow up with universities regarding student enrolments and pending payments.
  • Coordinate with branches and associates to resolve pending enrolment issues.
  • Work towards specific targets and earn a competitive income including salary, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all office processes and systems.
  • Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, and in-house seminars organized by the company.
  • Take initiative to foster a professional work environment, meet deadlines, and ensure a positive experience for students and associates throughout the admission process.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree (or equivalent) with good computer literacy.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
