About the role:

We are inviting applications from exceptional and dedicated scholars for various faculty positions — including Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor — in the various specialisations of Management/ Business/ Finance discipline to join globally reputed international universities establishing their campuses in India.

This is a prestigious opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative that aims to bring world-class standards in education, research, and innovation to India's higher education landscape.

We are particularly seeking candidates with strong academic credentials and a proven research record from top-tier global institutions, who are passionate about advancing Management education and scholarship in a dynamic, multicultural environment, and are enthusiastic about teaching at international campuses being launched in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction at undergraduate and postgraduate levels using global best practices and innovative teaching methods.
• Design, update, and enhance curricula to align with international academic standards and emerging trends in management education.
• Conduct original, impactful research and publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
• Mentor and guide students, including supervision of PhD candidates, supporting their academic, research, and career development.
• Participate in departmental planning, accreditation, and quality assurance activities to contribute to academic leadership and institution-building.
• Foster collaborations with industry partners and global academic institutions to advance research, teaching, and student placement outcomes.
• Collaborate across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary teaching and research initiatives.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in management education and global business practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ph.D. in any field of Management or a closely related discipline from a recognized and reputable institution or currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program nearing completion (for entry-level positions).
• Strong record of scholarly research with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed international journals.
• Proven teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, preferably at globally ranked or reputed institutions.
• Experience mentoring PhD students and involvement in curriculum development and academic leadership is highly desirable.
• Exposure to international education systems and cross-cultural academic environments is an advantage.
• For Visiting/Adjunct Faculty positions, significant industry experience combined with strong academic credentials may be considered.
