About Allen Digital:
Allen Career Institute has been in the coaching sector for the last 34 years and has earned an undisputed market leader position in preparation for JEE (Main+Advanced), NEET, Class VI to X, NTSE, and Olympiads. We are currently setting up our design, tech, and product teams in Bangalore which will focus on digitizing our offline business and building our online business. 
In our view, traditional coaching set-ups have a very strong consumer proposition in terms of outcomes but are limited by their geographic presence and the classroom journey is data-dark and non-personalized. Digital education companies have predominantly solved access but have had limited success in delivering deep engagement, comprehension, and outcomes. We, at Allen Digital, believe that we can take the best of both, the traditional classrooms and digital technologies, and create an education platform that takes the application of technology much deeper into the student journey than current market offerings and thus bring learning outcomes at scale.
Job Responsibilities :

  • An Owner: You own, drive and execute on the product road map. You clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences – internal and external.

Skills Required :
  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier I engineering college (IITs, BITS, NSIT, DCE, NITs, IIITs). 
  • MBA from Tier I B-schools (IIMs, ISB) is preferable
  • 2-4 years of prior product experience
  • Experience in delivering software products (from ideation to delivery) is a must
  • Prior experience in building consumer products from scratch (and not just minor optimizations) is a massive plus
  • Candidate should have a good understanding of business & product metrics, logical problem solving along with an understanding of consumer behavior
  • Candidates should be highly motivated toward problem-solving in the Edtech domain for students, teachers, and parents.
