Overview The Product Manager plays a crucial role in driving product vision, strategy, and execution within the organization. Ultimately, the Product Manager is key to guiding the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-launch assessment, making this role integral to the organization's success. Key Responsibilities
  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements through surveys and interviews.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects priorities.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
