Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
