Deal Reconciliation & Governance
Review and reconcile sales deals between CRM, CPQ, and billing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with Finance and Sales to resolve deal discrepancies and ensure proper booking.
Maintain and audit deal-related data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates.
Develop dashboards and reporting to track deal health and performance metrics.
Sales Policy Management
Monitor adherence to pricing, discounting, and contracting policies.
Serve as a point of contact for policy questions and escalate exceptions appropriately.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales Leadership to update and enforce policy documentation.
Sales Enablement
Work with Enablement and Sales Leadership to support onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives.
Deliver operational insights and best practices to help Sales teams close deals more efficiently.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks, process guides, and knowledge base articles.
Communication & Alignment
Ensure timely and effective communication between Sales Ops and field teams regarding process changes, policy updates, and key initiatives.
Drive adoption of sales tools and processes through education and ongoing support.
Support planning and execution of QBRs, pipeline reviews, and sales communications.
Skills
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, deal workflows, and policy compliance.
Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM), and Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor degree. MBA (preferred not required
