We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance and administration team at our Wilson Garden office.

Position: Accounts Officer

Location: Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

Type: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS payments and returns, PF, ESI, and PT submissions within statutory timelines.
  • Maintain FCRA accounts and assist in annual return filings.
  • Coordinate audit processes, including data preparation and liaison with external auditors.
  • Support budget preparation, fund flow management, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Assist in the financial documentation of grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with donor and statutory requirements.
  • Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and payment scheduling.
  • Maintain and update digital records, ID/password sheets, and ensure regular data backups.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
