Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Strategy:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and trends.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Analyze competitor activities and develop effective counter-strategies.

Sales Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Establish and track key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve results.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Marketing & Brand Building:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and events.

Manage brand positioning and messaging across all channels.

Generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Product Development & Innovation:

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to identify and develop new products and services.

Ensure that product offerings meet the evolving needs of the market.

Business Development:

Explore and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and joint ventures.

Identify and develop new markets and customer segments.
