Job Responsibility

  • Preparing Invoices/Entering Sales and purchase order in ERP/Tally

  • Preparation of bank reconciliation statement, reconciliation of interest & other charges debited by bank & clarification for the same.

  • Maintenance & review of accounts ledger, Monthly, Quarterly & annual scrutiny of all ledgers.

  • Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit & loss account for statutory & final audit.

  • Completing data for finalization of accounts such as reconciliation of Tds credit i.e. 26AS with books of accounts, getting valuation of leave salary & gratuity,

balance confirmation with bank, debtors & vendors, Reconciliation of interest on FD's etc.

  • Co-ordination with statutory & internal auditors for finalization of annual tax audit & statutory audit.

  • Debtors, creditor scrutiny, follow up debtors.

  • Preparing details for Income Tax Assessments.

Managing Team with all the compliance with Accounts & Income tax Act

Look Keeping - Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.

Banking - Co-ordination with banks for maintaining limits, e-banking, statements and relate d documentation.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Reports, interest calculations, cash accounts, foreign currency transactions, etc.

Maintaining day-to-day cash inflows and outflows.

  • Sales/purchases /Receipt/Payment/cash/Bank All type of entry in tally

  • Making Outstanding reports of Debtor & Creditors

  • Maintaining manually and Computerized Bank books

  • Maintaining data for Filling GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B

  • Solving Customer queries regarding GST

  • Issuing Credit note and Debit Note to Parties

  • Additional responsibilities preparation of Cheques, Demand Draft and Pay orders

  • Coordinating with banks (Opening New Account, OD facility, Bank guarantee, Loans)

  • Reporting the daily, weekly, and monthly fund statements.

  • Interacting with internal and external auditors in completing the audits.

  • Verify that all accounting related activities follow company standards

  • Processing salary up to payment

  • Processing Vendor Payment through Bank Portal.

  • Reimbursement of employee?s expenses

  • Statutory dues paid within deadlines (TDS, PF, ESIC, GST)

  • Providing advance to employees as per approval and settle the same as per policy

  • Completing all the activities on same day without keeping any pending works.

Skills Required :

Basic proficiency in results interpretation

Fluency in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST

Responsible attitude and good attention to detail

Should be good with use of Excel
